Biacore
The aim of the course is to offer a basic understanding of molecular interaction and surface plasmon resonance technology, focusing on system operation, assay development, and data evaluation.

The course consists of a theoretical and a practical session of half a day each.
​
The theory lecture covers the basics of molecular interaction, the assay development with the Biacore System and an overview of the typical results and data analysis.
​
During the practical session a Biacore run will be performed. The small groups allow for individual support from our experienced lecturers, as well as discussions with other participants in an informal environment. The participants are guided through the basic features of BIAevaluation software and data evaluation based on the results from the hands-on exercises, as well as on demonstration files.
